The Office
Specialty Contractors was founded more than 35 years ago, with the desire to build beautiful, sustainable architecture for diverse environments. Since then, we have grown and expanded, both in terms of scope and staff. With a wide range of partners and a unique blend of influences, we strive to remain exciting, modern, and relevant in every environment.
1984
Specialty Contractors started as a premier home builder in the Highland Park / University Park
under the name UCB
1986
Awarded preferred provider for 1st Major Insurance Company
2018
To date Specialty has been awarded as a preferred contractor to over 30+ Insurance companies
